I have spent many years on my own healing and spiritual path and have received many wonderful gifts along my journey. I have been blessed to work with some wonderfully gifted and powerful healers and teachers.  These experiences were transformational and I wanted to learn these practices so that I could bring these gifts to others.  I am a Master level Reiki practitioner and teacher, and have been blessed with the opportunity to use this gentle healing modality with many individuals and have recently begun working with animals. I am studying Shaballa Multidimensional Reiki.  I have also studied under the mentorship of Elizabeth Frediani to practice Chakra Clearing with Applied Integration. My practice incorporates the use of other modalities, including working with angels and Ascended Masters, utilizing the tranformational energies of the Silver Violet Flame, connecting with the power of Divine Love of Kwan Yin, and incorporating integrative self-care practices, meditation, and crystals energies.  I lead spiritual circles and teach workshops in the community to support others along their own healing and spiritual journey.  Complimentary to my healing practice, I also am a Social Worker and teacher, and have worked as a counselor for children and adolescents, people living with HIV and AIDS, and domestic violence survivors.
